Pavilion Rentals at Trail's End Campground
Whether you are planning a special birthday party, anniversary, family reunion, company picnic, or special event -- our pavilion has everything you need! Our Pavilion is Available for Rental for Parties, Company Picnics, and other Gatherings.
Trail's End Pavilion Specifics:
DJ's and Bands are permitted -- HOWEVER -- We are a "rated G" environment. No offensive language/music will be tolerated. There is a 2 hour limit for music, bands and DJ's.

Cost:
$150 + $5 per car. (Weekend Dates)
(Boat launching is $2 extra per car.)
Mid-week rentals are available, but will require an additional fee ($100) for a lifeguard.
Optional Items: Extra Tent $25
Coffee Caraffe, Cups, Sugar, Powdered
Creamer & Stirrers $15 plus $5 per pot after
the first two.
What you get:
Exclusive use of the pavilion for the day during the hours of 9am - dusk, and the entrance fee for two (2) set-up vehicles.
We then charge $5 per car for admittance into the event. This fee can be paid in advance by the organizer or we can charge each car as they come in.
Nearby Amenities: Volleyball, porta-jons, beach, horseshoe pits, hibachi grill (small), trash cans.
Flush toilets are available in the main building.
All catered parties require a $35 trash fee unless your caterer removes all party trash with them.
All parties must be cleaned up BEFORE DARK! There are no lights in the pavilion.
Details:
Upon booking your date, a $75 deposit is required as well as the completion of a Pavilion Agreement.
The Cancellation Policy for pavilion rentals is as follows:
14-day notice is required for a full refund. If the pavilion rental is canceled less than 14 days prior to the rental date, the deposit will NOT be refunded!
