A portion of our property is a Mobile Home Park. If you are interested in resort-like, year-round living, this is the place!
Lot fees are $285 for a single wide and $295 for a double wide.
All of our residents are offered yearly leases and pay monthly. Sorry, these rates are for Year-Round Mobile Homes only, and do not apply to campers or park models!
Your lot rent includes exclusive use of your lot AND use of our common areas (so long as all rules are followed) during the summer months! This means free access to our boat launch and beach for you and your family!
PLACE A HOME IN SPRING 2012 AND GET THE SUMMER FREE!
Yep, place a new or used Mobile Home (10-years old or Newer) into our park, pay your security deposit and first month, then take the live the next three month's rent free!
